Commitment

By selecting a commitment period when subscribing to your Dedibox server, you agree to use the service, in exchange for a preferential rate, for the entire duration of the selected period. Consequently, you will be liable for all applicable monthly payments for the Dedibox server throughout the said commitment period and will only be able to terminate the service at the end of this period.
This commitments will end at 2027-04-05.

Available options for Service level

RPN

The RPN is an exclusive offer that allows you to use your server's second network interface. This interface is linked to a private network that allows your servers to communicate with each other directly. The RPN also lets you use Online tools like backup via Rsync or NAS/SAN.

Dedibackup backup space (FTP)

Because you can never be safe from human errors or hardware failure, Online provides a free 100 GB backup space via secure FTP (optionally extensible to 700 GB) to do backups of you critical data for an unlimited period.

Protection against DDoS

Attacks by distributed denial of service are now a real threat to your infrastructure's availability. We propose a technical solution, capable of filtering the majority of known DDoS attacks and keep your service available. This option is only available for companies.

Network-attached Storage

It is possible that your RPN-SAN is not compatible RPN-V2, indeed this feature is currently free on the service but 100% of our equipment is not compatible with RPN-v2. We are working to make the park 100% compatible with this feature.

RPN-SAN is a block storage solution, available over iSCSI via RPN network
